Its a high percentage of kids that need the help considering the size of the school district. They overload the public school system with the special needs kids they have. The church has a private school with no real special needs money. They are now building a $30 million or more church in the town. It was a nice place to live prior to the SSPX church taking over most of the town. Its not that isolated its a 30 minute drive to Topeka or Manhattan.
